Incline Builders was formed in 2000 by Barry Lease
and Mark Reynolds. Both had been building custom
homes and commercial projects in the Lake Tahoe
area since the early 1990's. After eight years
in business, Mark Reynolds passed away in May
of 2008. Barry now heads up the company as President
and Jana Lease is the Vice President of Operations
and the office manager. Having Jana in the business
really makes it nice for our clients because she
makes sure everyone is comfortable with the logistics
and coordination between the office and client. |

Operating as general contractors and as a construction
management team, Incline Builders specializes
in wood frame construction and custom wood crafted
finishing. Our expertise in building extends from
rapid, fast paced production framing to the more
precise and quality oriented building that is
required in custom home building. Each project
is given a hands-on approach to assure our clients
get the high-quality, efficiency and leadership

Design-Build Services
Our services include assistance with design and
plan development and interaction with architects,
engineers, TRPA, and building departments. Incline
Builders serves the client from start to project
completion. With our years of experience we have
the expertise to take on the most challenging
of construction projects. We also pride ourselves
on the quality and integrity of our staff and
